An ISIS soldier in front of one of the stadium

The next Federation International de Football Association (FIFA) World Cup will be in Russia Jun 14, 2018 – Jul 15, 2018. The whole world will be watching from the Television and some live at the stadium.
Russia and world cup players have been receiving threats from ISIS. There are many threats from ISIS and they are doing that by posting photos that are threatening the players. Photo such as an ISIS soldier standing in front of the stadium with a gun or one of the world cup players getting capture and tortured are a few examples. The one photo you see at the top of the page is an example of an ISIS soldier in front of one of the stadiums and the Russia 2018 logo with an armed jihadi posing beside it and the words "Wait for us" in Arabic. There are a lot of other photo that threatens the world cup, and there are many to talk about, but one of the photos caught my eye, and it was recently released by ISIS.

This is a photo of Lionel Messi, star player for Argentina, behind bars and he is crying blood. It is the second direct threat to Brit footy fans gearing up to travel to the World Cup in just a week. Rebels in Muslim-majority Chechnya have turned to the warped ideology in their droves and have been behind a series of deadly attacks in the country.
On April, 2017 14 people were killed when a bomb was detonated on a packed underground train in St Petersburg. Russia put itself further in the crosshairs of sick terrorist attacks after the Kremlin ordered a relentless bombing campaign against their comrades in Syria last year seen by many as a decisive turning point in the war.
Russia is a big country, and it also a big target, it is easier to threaten Russia since it is not across the sea from where the ISIS soldiers are. The last world cup (Brazil 2014) did not seem to receive any threat from ISIS, only mini threats such as thieves and criminal within the country. Brazil is across is across the sea and it is hard for ISIS to get across the sea without anyone noticing them but then again Brazil is not a big enemy to ISIS but Russia is and the world cup is the perfect time to attack Russia and kill a lot of people. I’m not saying it should never be held in Russia but it would be best if it wasn’t held at Russia this year since Russia and ISIS are big enemies to each other, but I can’t do anything about it because I’m just a normal person giving out my opinion.
