The secret unstoppable economy taking over Canada.

Ever since the creation of Canada and even the global economy, there has been a secret economy trying its hardest to take over. This economy trying to take over is called the black market. But what is the black market? And can we stop it in time before it takes over the world? The black market is as guessed, Highly illegal. And currently, we have no way to stop it in any meaningful way. But the inability to stop it does not mean governments haven't tried.
In our great country of Canada, the black market exists and it's very strong.
Here in Canada according to a Forbes projection, we have the sixth largest black market in
the world. And what is the main product in this market? You probably guessed it, cannabis and
marijuana. In general, in Canada, the biggest product on the black market is illicit drugs.
The Canadian government has tried to stop these illicit drugs in many ways, the biggest
being the passing of the cannabis act. As you may know, the cannabis act legalized the use of
cannabis in an effort to stop the black market trade of said cannabis.
The effort by the Canadian government, however, has not worked well to what the government
or the Canadian people expected. The black market for cannabis is still as vibrant as ever
and "We haven't disrupted the black market significantly at this point, but that was to be
expected," - Abbotsford Police Chief Mike Serr. And this behaviour from the black market is to
be expected, as that is the nature of black market economies if you starve a population of a
good or service they will find a way to get it on their own.

So what exactly can be done about the black market cannabis problem in Canada, well it is
not exactly known as the cannabis act was supposed to stop the sale of illegal cannabis.
And not much has helped to stop it, it seems that black market cannabis is something that is
unstoppable. However, focusing on other more harmful goods and services that are being sold
on the black market such as illicit guns and other harmful drugs would help take down the
black market cannabis in Canada.
